  I went to see the doctor and this girl at the reception asked me to pay $35 for some missed appointment 4 months back. I asked why I was not contacted within 1-3 days of missing the appointment. I along with my whole family have been client of this clinic for more than 6 years but she said, it's our policy and you have to pay the money. Not happy at all. I have given single star as I cannot go below.
