  I boarded my doxie here a few years ago and it was absolutely horrendous. I am only writing this now to prevent others from dropping their fur babies off here for boarding. When I picked up my dog after three weeks, his bum was covered in his own faeces, he smelt like urine, he had matted hair, and he had a laceration on his nose. The excuse by the staff when I picked him up was "oh we weren't expecting you this early, we were going to give him a bath..." Completely unacceptable and I'm actually surprised this place is still in business. I was so disappointed and my dog was traumatised from the experience. When you pay this sort of money to have your dog looked after and cared for, the last thing you expect is animal neglect.
